Chimei Innolux is a supplier of TFT-LCD panels and LCD terminals based in Taiwan. The chairman is Mr. Ching-Siang Liao. Chimei Innolux was created as a result of a merger in March 2010 between Innolux Display Corporation (established 2003) and Chi Mei Innolux Corporation.
The main manufacturing plants are in Jhunan and Tainan in Taiwan. They also have overseas plants in Shenzhen, Ningbo, Nanjing and Nanhai in China, and the Netherlands and Czech Republic in Europe.
